I regret making my comment. Because i SHACK doesn't mean I am describing someone's home. I live in Jamaica and I know the different types of homes here. I used that word because I hear lots of people from North America with it. And my place is Shack to my husband. He grew up the opposite from way I grew up. And it is not so easy for some persons to adjust to a certain lifestyle regardless of the circumstance. And when I say shack I was referring to my place. To me it is is ok, but not for my husband. And shack is not a degrading word because. It is degrading to the person who feels offended by it. Never will I make a comment on something of that sort again. And yes I feel offended because I was speaking for my husband. And something my husband and I just wont do, we wanna be together but at the same time we wanna be comfortable and we are different and it is ok to be different.

I got a email on a saturday morning I didnt get anything in the mail

I got an email today from CIC Mississauga informing me that they have received my application - so i would assume that they will send me my sponsorship approval that way as well.

I got it by regular mail as well Ecas showed the date when I was approved.

From what I recall from the forms, they only mail you if you didn't provide an email address so once you did, it's email all the way as we've have been getting.
Today was a very great day. Didn't even need a light jacket.
