Make sure you use a courier option with a tracking number - not regular post!!!! Congrats on baby.

Just checking in to see how you are all doing!
It has been almost a month since my sponsorship was approved. Does anyone know how to find out when our application was sent to Kingston just to make sure that it was received?

yes yours side should change to IN PROCESS when they start working on your file! Your wives side will say Decision made as per her sponsorship application.

i know that's what should happen but hers keeps changing about 2 weeks ago it went from from decision made to in process then back to decision made again.

not really........same ting with mines....the only thing change pon mines is that they took off the medical receive of it .......but it should say in process when they start on your application......which could take a while though

Kingston is soooo hot during the day!!! I love that my husband is in the hills so I can cool off after going into town.

so even though they are taking your passport...it does not mean you will get it back right away....if you just redid your medicals yesterday then they will be waiting to get the results of that before and finish up your application before sending your passport back to you. I think they are just being proactive in asking for your passport now.

hey there sis....once they get back your medical result and put in the system they will then grant you the visa....but we sure cant give you a date on how long they will take...i would say give them a month then if you dont get it by then...email them and ask what is going on with the passport

From what I have read, usually when the file has reached over the one year mark. Remember there is no consistency with Kingston. Hope this helps..

How are you otherwise?
