I Can't take this any longer!!! I am going to see my husband in 2 weeks I tried to hold off till june but I need its been almost 3 months and 3 months too long. I am so excited just decided yesterday that it needed to be done

I hear you it's been two months and I just booked my flight for next month. The longest I have gone is 4 months and I don't want to do that again.

Those two weeks are going to feel like forever. Especially, the last 24 hours before the flight! I hate waiting for take off day! Geesh! I will help you count down.

well we have been together for awhile now and when we first started dating I was in college so I didnt see him for over a year and then we did 6 months for the second year now we do 3 months at a time for the last 2 years this will be trip 11 for me but from the Yukon it gets pricey!!! I thought we should try to wait it out till june but nope just cant do it.

no flight from Yukon come straight to jamaica........i know that must cost alot of funds for those ticket to come here

that is the same with my wife....because of her job and all her vacation days she get off...she comes at least twice a year for her pep up........

we all walk or walked similar path though in different shoes and this is the palace where we have open to vent our frustrations have shoulders to lean on and people who will encourage you trough this journey. even when the immigration journey is over the ties that bind is still there for even thought you have reached the end of the road you still want to be there for those who are still in the race.

Hi Everyone!
Just stopping in to say hello.
I am so glad that Easter is over, it was more difficult then I expected. Holidays are not easy when you spend them apart from your loved ones but this was our first holiday apart as husband and wife and I missed my husband like crazy!!! Just wanted to curl up in a ball until Easter passed.
Hoping to go to JM at the end of April or early May as it is time to see my hubby!! Booking flights from British Columbia makes traveling to JM expensive, with longer travelling time, especially as there are no direct flights as the winter season is over. I need to see my husband so I will do anything to make that happen!!
Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers. I am only into this process for a month and half and it is already tough....my utmost respect to everyone who are going through this process!!

Ah yea, I need some help urgently please .

Apparently, what Kingston tried to call us about was documents that we needed to complete and send to them basically about whether I worked in government before or in the military. Both of which, I have not done.

Anyways, my mean question is that they are telling to me to "Please provide us with a pre-paid account/airway bill from Fedex" so how do I go about setting this up?

This is "urgent" because I am just now receiving this package (through some circumstances) and it was dated February 4, 2013. Here's the kicker... they say in the letter that, "The above information/documents must be received in our office within 60 days from the date of this letter" which as luck would have it, is tomorrow :'(.

So suffice it to say, I'm in a rush. Thank you in advance for all your assistance in this sensitive matter.

Would fedex not be the same as DHL? Go to the postal service get a prepaid envelope and take it too Kingston tomorrow ASAP, tell security you only have until tomorrow to get it to the office.

I don't know, they specifically asked for Fedex. I called Fedex call centre and the lady said that it would take 4-5 days to get an account and you must have an account to get an airway bill ???.

I am getting a letter together right now to send with the documents. Any ideas on what I should say... my wife is telling me to put in the fact that I only just received this letter today. I would assume that this is not their concern but I hope they have compassion.
