Good Morning Everyone! hopefully hear something today and if not next week better be a dance party for us all
I just was wonder what is the best way to send money to Jamaica? I have been using Wester union the last couple of years and it cost a lot and now they lowered my limit to like $50 thats not enough

My husband uses his bank card from Canada not sure any other way then western union. I know western union is more expensive then the way I do it.

yea well at one point I had 2 bank cards to my account but the bank notice and did not like that so much. I also cant add him until he is here in Canada

We opened a joint account with td he is under my name. Explain your situation see if you can add him underneath him. They bank charges 5.00 withdraw fee in jamaica so it's great.

Go into your branch if you have a copy of his passport or birth certificate that's even better. Good luck it will sure safe u money. Hubby musts has to withdraw at a scotiabank down there.

i find moneygram a better choice than western union you can send up to 300 dollars for 10 bucks
and the exchange rate is always better with money gram

best bet though is if the reciever has a jamacia national account you can send it directly to there bank account if there is a jamaica national in your area ......im in brampton and there is one here so that saved me alot

For 12 days it's not bad 400 I just hope the car is safe park up in the night lol....lol @ hubby driving this will be crazy he nearly killed us in Niagara Falls when I let him drive. Huge wide turns, seat back like he is a g I'm scared. I kicked him out and said let ur queen drive I want to get there safe. He never drove in ja so this will be fun.

Did you pick up from kingston airport? I'm looking into Avis I get discounts with car companies
