Maybe that means you are further in the process than we believe. My husband has a UCI # as well, I seen it on the notes.

There are 3 numbers

Sponsor-UCI#
Applicant:File # starting with an F
Applicant: not sure what this # is but it starts with a B and we can't log onto ECAS with it
(just a side note: since my hubby was on refugee...i used his UCI# from his refugee claim and it came up with the same permanent residence file in ECAS-everything was the same i see when i sign on using the file # - it was weird lol)

It will be much easier to deal with any obstacle as long as we have our spouse. I am sure if we were with our spouses while going through process it wouldn't be so difficult to deal with and we could exercise more patience. It just kills me not knowing what Kingston is up to....I think they should hire someone specifically just to respond to enquiries, that they don't have to worry about taking time away from the officers who are doing the actual work our files.....

yes sis.....if they just had one or two person just to respond back to our emails things would be better or at least once a month the update our ecas for us to let us know what going on
