You are sooooo right LDL, it's the not knowing part that drives us mad! And I don't understand how people that applied after others get through sooner. Ladies & gents please don't take this personally if you go through the process quickly - I am honestly happy for you. If Kingston at least communicated with us and we knew that our applications were in process and that they are waiting on something or there is a red flag then it would at least give us some reassurance that our time soon come. ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

I straight up asked KG in my email to them that I wanted to have an understanding in the sequence/order of their review process!!!

Hubbie says that's the hardest part, not knowing!!!!!!

as a matter of fact i am sure we are all angry as well
this whole process is frustrating as hell weather you get throught in 2 months or 2 years
i wish they did update more often it would save their time and ours and cut down on peoples anxiety

I need some prayers for hubby and I, please pray for us. I keep my thoughts positive, I know he is coming, it will happen soon. And i am preparing for him to get here, getting things ready, figuring out a vehicle for him and always keeping my ear out for jobs, and he is getting ready on his side too, selling his car, getting new drivers license blah blah blaaaaaaaaaah. It will happen... it's just a matter of WHEN

What helped me the most was to keep myself occupied as much as possible through my work and also bettering myself through regular exercise and reading. Oh and creating friendships on the forum has def. passed the time. It is not easy whatsoever.

My hubbie also makes things feel more bearable since he really makes an effort to be the one that calls me and regularly throughout the day. This helps the "insecure" bug stay away. Feeling secure in the relationship and staying busy has been my formula to get through the days.

Thanks Halfmoon. I could not feel more secure in my realtionship. My hubby is fantastic. He calls me all the time, and keeps me in his life and tells me everything going on. But not just that, I have never had any concerns with him. Keeping busy definitely helps. Work is the best thing for me, I love my job and I usually look forward to going to work. It helps a lot. Hubby and I skype a lot in the evening which also helps, and is kind of a tease at the same time haha.

I agree. I just want some communication. And again, I haven't been waiting very long I KNOW THAT. haha but i'm already tired of trying to communicate with them and hearing nothing, and having no idea if my file is lost at sea, or if someone in Kingston has recieved it. Don't they know how stressful it is to be thinking about this ALL DAY, EVERY DAY. AGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. I thought I wouls scream with you Nevaeha

Was your MP firm on the 10 month rule?

Yes she told me she can't do anything until after the 17 months actually and the 17 months starts from the time my application reaches Kingston not CIC Mississauga.....i think she was just loading me a crock of *siht*
