Did Kingston ever update your ecas to 'in progress' when they started working on your file or did you just find out through reading the notes you ordered?

no my ecas just says application received and medicals received still, just my notes say in progress

They look like a bunch of mumbo jumbo but they are actually pretty easy to read.....I did check out the GCMS thread too

and yes mine took exactly 10 days from canada to kingston to get them.....

Morning forum, congrats to everyone who has an update. We must give thanks to our father above because without him nothing is possible. I would like to apply for my GCMS as well. How do I go about doing that?

I have a quick question. So I sent over my application to Ontario over a month ago I know it may still be getting looked at, but I am just wondering is there anyway I can find out if they as little received it even though they have not looked at it as of yet?

hey there melissa ......just want to say congrats on sending your application in to the cic-mississauga office...just check your mail tracking online and it should let you know if they receive it.......the good thing is that you got your foot in the door for getting your spouse to you for a family reunion...

My husband went to the post office today and got the letter in the mail to pay for his Authorization to Return. He also must submit the letter on why Canada should let him back in.

Any ideas on what he should put in the letter.
