Hello everyone hope all is doing well tis the weekend n i do hope everyone is doing great blessings to all whom have had updates nothing still has changed for me dince my sponsorship approval i do with the new cic website that ecas will be updated very soon this process is long n drawn and can be stressful but most times in the end when its all complete we are all happy an one big family definately lookig for forward to share my hubbys landing story when he comes right now since i havent heard anything and everytime i email kingston there are only saying my app in process and no additional information is needed at this time i would be more happy even if i see my app says in process right now all it appears is that it is sitting on immigration officers desk awaiting review nevertheless i know that in due time we will all be looking back and sharing our good and bad times just remember although we may never know eachother in actuality we are ll still a family w are eachothers support on this forum i do not post alot and i apologize for that but trust and believe i have read all te responses and updates and although i have not received any word ob my file am very happy and as the days go by one sad family becomes reunited again after a long and stressful process that being said kgn has the good news coming lets continue to pray for the best sit back and relax until kingston decides to send us our hubbies and wives god bless u all

Hi Chickie 72, i wish i knew, only when i sent the email that 16 months have passed that they post In Process, so I am hoping that it will be processed quickly from here on.

Just for you to know

hey pppl......im sitting here thinking...i remembered when i did my application i sent my medicals in with them knowing that they would expire in dec/january 2012...i didn't want to redo them...thinking hubby would propbably get through...but immigration did not contact me until april 19,2012 to request another set..but we got it done may 17,2012....NOTICE THE GAP??????and they wanted it back in 2 mths from the date sent(april 19,2012)....it was received in their office on June 16,2012....its because they dont like to send things out on the exact date that documents r ready...

so what im saying is that it took a mth to get something to us from kgn to trelawny and we only had a mth to get things done and back to them....see the unfairness in that...so ppl please mae sure ur hubbies and wives r checking the mail non-stop....like every other day especially on a friday....our meds were 4mths pass due b4 they requested it....so c the delays...ik some ppl go ahead and do it anyways....it makes sense.......plus we had to do the police check over as well....i think we should all b a step ahead of these ppl....then they have no excuse but to get their act 2gether..bcuz they do answer to a higher authority....GOD...mek dem tan deh deh.....sorry watching jamaican comedies all day.....ity & Fancy cat.........lawd 2 funny.........please ppl mek urself laugh 2nite.go look up on you tube the episode with the housekeeper....

WhoGodBless it would be considered highly reasonable to reach out to your MP to get involved at this point as your application has passed the indicated processing time of 16 months. Best of Luck!

Who god bless a true talks me ready yes...sure di whole a we ready fi move on this whole immigration process is stressing. Cic and kingston need to sort out things better. I know see how on Gods earth they can have people waiting for 1 year plus without any notice that's disgusting and ridiculous...I remember the stress of wating 100 plus days for sponsorship approval and I know that is nothing compared to wating over a year without updates ...GLad say u in process now and hope that this journey over fi u soon

i wish that Canada handled the entire process instead of sending it to the VO. In this day and age you must be able to do the same thing they do down there; in Canada here also...This process would be more streamlined I think and at least we would get updates!

Hey Good Morning my brothers and sisters.....im glad that today is the last of the weekend and back to work Immigration officers in Kingston.....Just praying that we all get some good news this coming week for atleast some of us but i would like everyone to get there updates on there application process.....i just want to be finish with this process so i can get to my wife in canada....Come on Kingston it about tell you shed some light on all of us.....you did good 2 weeks ago....so please dont stop....Christmas is right around the corner so give us all our christmas and new year present in one........that would be good........i already pick out the day i want to travel to my wife so please God....give me a miracle and shape up the kingston office some we can get to our love ones...
