See here for the DMP list: http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medicalinfo.aspx?CountryID=2056&CountryName=Jamaica Of the 4 places in Kingston, I recommend Dr Richard Gomes. He is located across from Devon House's exit on Kingsway and across Hope Road from Andrews Hospital where the X-rays are done.Anada said:Morning ladies:

For the PCC: He can pay the fees ($1,000 regular/21 business days or $2,000 express/5 business days) at ANY tax office using his TRN and he should carry his ID in case they want to see it. He then takes the receipt from the tax office, 2 passport sized photos and his passport to the Criminal Records Division at 34 Duke Street to have his fingerprints taken. He should arrive early, they open at 8 a.m. but lineup starts at 7 a.m. or earlier. The good news is that they have less people rushing that one so he should expect to be there for about 2-3 hours or so, not the whole day like it used to be.
