also before i applied for PR for him,
i had applied for a Travel visa back in March, and when that was refused, thats when i was like Plan B...Sponsorship.
i was hoping to get him up here, and apply inland, and he was refused for the sole purpose of not having enough proof of ties to return.
I included all that detail in my package, where it asked id he had ever been refused, and also included the letter which was sent to us, explaining as to why.
ive gone through hell and high water this past year to be able to spend time with my Husband....AND i think i may still pay the Immigration office a wee visit in Oct....even if just the outside ....
Ummmmmmmmmmmm since i sent in my package, ive also included a new package for the last 2 months - including, proof of travel, more pics, proof of communication, as well as other proof.

Im waiting till next week to send off my new package full of all my new evidence...and made sure to note my plans for return in Oct for our anniversary!!!!!!!!!
