They just randomly emailed my husband in March as I mentioned to FW. We were so excited because we really thought it meant something was happening, but here we are still waiting.

Ohhhhhh!! I think I remember that now! *facepalm* I was so excited about that happening, as I recall, because it might mean KG was being brought kicking and screaming into the 21st century!

You're coming up on the time for something to happen for you, FLK, you and hubby keep holding the faith. He just might find himself arriving in the glories of fall, LOL.

My husband had similar response. He joined the forum here with me for one day . Maybe this is more a woman to woman thing to keep us all sane, thanks to people like Charlie D and others who have been such an inspriation. When I first joined I cried every day realizing that I had connected with others in my similar situation who had so much encouragement to give, trust me now I know to just wait it out and don't sweat it.

I have mixed feelings about MP inquiry because I often wonder if that has slowed down my processing time any because she has inquired three times since I got approved as the sponsor. One thing though, their MP line is definitely way more responsive than KIN's stupid email. I've never received a response to my email I sent KIN over a month now.

I think it is odd that we got an email from KIN when no else seems to have, but trust me it felt good to hear something. Now we're back to wondering if we should be hoping for a Thanksgiving together or Christmas. Our anniversary is right after the New Year, I pray my hubby will be here long before then.

I Pray that your hubby gets to you for thanksgiving! Our 2nd anniversary is coming up in October which means I'll be going to see him then if we don't hear anything soon. Like you I was praying he'd be here for it too.

I was completely surporised when KG responded to my email the very next day!

Charlie, that would be lovely because there is so much we want to do together to get the house ready for our first Chrstmas together, if God gives us the opportunity. Congratulations CharlieD! You must be so happy! When I hear stories of people who have gone through the fire aka "waiting period" and have come out of it marriage intact it encourages me sooo much that one day it will happen for us! One day we'll be looking back at this whole process and shaking our heads. What an experience!!

FLK! Don't worry hunny...i'll be praying for you, and the rest of us still waiting. I know how difficult it must be to be waiting soo long, but God took you to it, and he'll take you through it. Athletes always feel the most weariness towards the ending of the race...and I really believe this is the ending for you mami. Just hold on just a lil bit longer..ur almost at the finishing line.

Thanks Cee, the other day when I saw the messages between you and Anada I contemplated leaving the forum, I truly did. I felt sad that as a forum family we had turned on each other (per se) and lost focus on what is the true source of our frustration. Then the last few messages between you and I really changed my mind and today with your words of encouragement I know I made the right choice to stay.

Ladies, let's all keep the negativity out of our forum, we have enough of that dealing with life. Let this be our place of refuge, love you all!
