OMG you are a life saver. I just followed your instructions and once you reach the webform it does say...Your case specific enquiry will be directed to the visa office in Kingston. Thanks so much for your help. Since the information we sent to the other webform seems to have been forwarded to the responsible office they should already have some idea about it. I’ll keep you posted

I got nothing either. My husband did try to call the number to the Kingston office and it’s automated message that goes on forever and still gets you nowhere and he ran out of credit. The email said contact them directly? So we are still waiting to see if they respond to the webform for Kingston

This is so crazy what is going on and getting a hold of these people is ridiculous but when they want something they can get a hold of you

That’s what I don’t get. If they know he is approved and have been told by us and the MP’s office that we didn’t get the passport email then why do we have to keep running around after them...just send another request or send the information we need to proceed. Instead week after week goes by trying to get ahold of them and waiting for them to respond by email every time. Better yet why don’t they just call? Wouldn’t that be easier it’s such crap
 
I know for certain the Farm Workers are still being processed.

Still anxiously waiting since this announcement “IRCC will be piloting, in the upcoming weeks, technology to conduct interviews with applicants remotely, in adherence with public health protocols”
I know, I am anxiously waiting as well. within the next few weeks we should be hearing something. I told myself that I don't hear anything by end of October back to my MP I will go.
