Maybe its the way you guys package them, i will try that, with immigration everything is luck it seems

No updates here I sent a web form because my husband a july 8th and they responded that it is still in process and they office has received all documents but due to covid 19 that there has been a lot of delays and to be patient with them
I never had any issues with or without the box. I put it in the luggage that’s going on the plane not my carry on
