Application submitted September 23, 2019. Medical passed December 19, 2019.
KVO started processing January 9,2020.
Passport request July 16,2020. Roughly 10 months .

No, i think they are processing people who dont need interviews. Guess they still haven't figured out a way to conduct interviews during covid.
