Well I played for my biometric but heard nothing else after that so I ask my wife 2 call n they said my eligibility is not yet done n there doing my background check now in process they said I dont need to give my biometric and I dont need an interview if it change feather they'll let me no and that they need additional document but will let me no but as I said heard nothin my timeline is received on june 26 and started process August 26, 2019

Hopefully you hear something soon. That's quite a long time to not even get ADR. Sounds confusing.

My husband got his medical and biometrics request 2 weeks after AOR 1.

That's why sometimes it's better to pay upfront cause my husband a july applicant too and he got both letters same day to do bio and medical and that was in Oct.
