Oh that's sucks. Did you go with your husband for the interview? And I had to order my divorce certificate from New York and I got it in 3 days and then I scan it to them. Is that like a refusal because of extra documents?

I didnt go for the interview. We assumed that he was just going for the regular interview, as they asked for only his passport and 2 pics. They never mentioned anything about my previous spouses death certificate at anytime. She also stated in the refusal i married someone after i met my husband which is not true.
Good for you for getting in the divorece cert! You should be fine with it.

WOW pretty nasty. I'm so so sorry that has happened to you both. That was pretty shitty what they did and I hope your appeal gets a proper decision then immigration officer.

Thank you. She did a whole bunch of breaches of procedural fairness. We started our appeal in November and were told we are waiting on a decision any day now. We skipped a huge portion of that process thank God.

What do you mean you skipped most of the process. From KVO? If that what you meant good for you and for being strong with all this crap its frustrating fir everyone, but I couldnt imagine what it's like when being refused and having to appeal. Honestly I dont know.

After you pay you should get the biometrics request letter with instructions for completing your biometrics.

Well I played for my biometric but heard nothing else after that so I ask my wife 2 call n they said my eligibility is not yet done n there doing my background check now in process they said I dont need to give my biometric and I dont need an interview if it change feather they'll let me no and that they need additional document but will let me no but as I said heard nothin my timeline is received on june 26 and started process August 26, 2019
