Thanks Belle for that info I had no idea was I thinking the same as ludabrown. I went searching on cic website and found it.From what I read somewhere on cic website, once adoption has completed, the child (over age 18) cannot sponsor her biomom cause the adoption severs the ties. She is manipulative and crazy want to protect myself in the future
How does adoption affect my child’s relationship with her or his biological parents?
For both the immigration and citizenship process, an adoption is valid only if it ends the child’s legal relationship with the biological parents, and a new legal relationship is established between the adopting parents and the adopted child.
This means the child cannot later sponsor his/her biological relatives to come to Canada
