Good evening , I think you should send it to both Mississauga and Kingston to be on the safe side. My husband send a letter to Mississauga n they didn't send it to Jamaica/Kingston cause of that we received refusal /denial letter. My opinion.......

The representative that we use received a letter Wednesday and I haven't received any. Is that , the rep. Would get the letter instead of me? Or I should get one as well, check mail box n nothing, mail man deliver letter where I live.

It was in the last week of January and they said that. I email them last week to find out my medical was extended and I get no answer yet.
