I find the GCKey website very glitchy. It took me several times RELOADING the page to upload the additional documents page to show that there was a selection box.

If you keep reloading the page you'll see different options. It's so damn strange.

Your so right, it is very glitchy. But i like how detail it is when it does work.

I wish I could see my gckey but it won't let me link. I uploaded what the message is saying they told me they can't do anything

Oh wow, i wonder why it doesnt work for you. I was able to link my account with the second try, and it work ok so far. Sometimes the server is down

I haven't be able to link it from the get go. Just my cic account. Alot of the things you all are seeing I cant

Hey, I call CIC this morning regarding the Replacement Needed on my CIC account and they said it's a glitch. The last request sent was the biometric request and nothing else. I asked if the background check is completed and the agent said the Criminality is completed and the security is in progress. I am hoping to hear something soon. This is ridiculous. The wait is soo stressful.

When I call cic they tell me that they can't tell me anything because my file is in Kingston VO

I have been trying to link my application and it never seem to work so I just use the online status checker.

I was having trouble linking mine as well. As it turns out, they made a mistake when they input my date of birth. Since the date of birth I was inputting wasn't matching up with what they had on record, it wouldn't work. Perhaps you are having a similar issue.
