Mine says to bring passport and any evidence not already on file to support relationship or any change in personal circumstances. Does yours say something similar?

You can expect an email to come with an interview date to get the passport stamped and COPR.

Based on what we have been seeing for those KVO applicants that get DM before interview, you will still be called for the interview but it's more to simply finalize and stamp passport since they have already made a decision.

The prearrival letter is initiated once the PA's eligibility is passed. If you are required to attend an interview before DM, you will get pre arrival after the interview.
