@DBC,parhar,kavya,

It seems illogical and vague discussion for overruling all the backlog files.

As I got the CSI reply from ND VO and mentioned in the "May 2010 thread & in "FD sent in Oct-Nov-dec 2010" thread too,ND VO has mentioned that processing is likely to start in 2012 and may or may not end till 2012 end which clearly surpasses all myths..
Pl. be patient as we all have observed we had delays in getting 2nd AOR,getting IP for more than 6 months to a year..so lets dont loose our patience and wait for our turn..
Also as mentioned in the letter,they are working based on the FD received so those who've submitted their docs in DEC-Jan 2011 will have to wait more longer that thse who've submitted in SEpt-Oct-Nov 2010.
I think the pace with which the timeline is coming closer to us is not encouraging but the goal will be reached sooner or later..
Rab rakha,
Regards
Edmonta

Hi,

I differ that the NDVO is processing the application according to full documents receiving date. Going by the thread they are processing the application as per the initial application to CIO.

There are some exceptional cases but if you observe they are of the common NOC which is 4131 and IT

@SANDYSURRY,

Yes,u are right in way there could be exception otherwise the applications are being processed in order of DT OF their rcpt by CIO.

If u go by my timeline,u will observe that there are many applicants who submiited applications in May-june2010 have their cases reviewed by by NDVO nd processing started in JAN-FEB-MARCH 2012,whereas my ecas still shows IP with same detail as it was at RBVO stage.NO OFFENCE TO ANY ONE,HOWEVER.

Therefore I, for one, am not pretty sure as to what precisely is the criteria set by NDVO,in particular.Be that as it may,I sincerely wish,the painstaking struggle of all prejuneres would end soon !!!
THAT'S IT. Good luck nd GOD bless all !!

You right, In that case, one can take my case exception as I send full documents on dec and got 2AOR in jan'2011 snd got IP date for feb. Also one thing is that I dont know y we are waiting so long. I mean if u see the people who applied after us or in just few months back are already at CANADA. May be we are down to wait at this stage or may be something good going to happen with us.

God Bless,

Kavya

I am in process since 2nd Feb 2012. I got my CAIPS report. It is mentioned that : PAPER FILE SENT TO MPR FILE BF'D TO M1G ON 01-06-2012. I could not understand why two names MPR and M1G is mentioned ? In my total funds it is mentioned $00000000 .
