I am concern about NDVO as the pace they are going right now , I am sure it's still a long wait ahead of me

i got in process since 14 Mar 2012.
Do not know for how long it takes to get the MR form. Anyone knows?

Your MR will come in any moment from now. There is a guy from a thread who went in-process on 8 Mar 2012 and got MR already now.

So the indicator are encouraging that ur might just be around the corner.

Sir,u must have gone through my posts nd my time line also suggest that MY APPLICATION turned from RBVO to IN PROCESS, wef FEB17,2012 with unchanged detail as it was at RBVO stage.So called commencement of processing date is yet to come by. More so,my ecas has never been afflicted by dis-appearance of address kind of syndrome.I wonder,if it can be taken as a CASE STUDY in the forum.
Will u please post ur views ?

This means you "BACKGROUND Check" is Underway, so keep your professional and Financial system well Oiled

It will take 10 week Max to get a Processing date if not less in present scenario, You will get The date next Month depending on the quality of you docs

Even I have never suffered address disappearance syndrome ;D ;D so Nothing to worry

Just remember there is nothing like "FAKE INPROCESS" as written on diff threads

THANK U IMMENSELY,SIR,for ur kind words.
I have already sent CSE on March02,2012 ND ordered CAIPS NOTES through my relative in CANADA.
I will make sure to share as nd when I receive reponse to MY CSE FROM NDVO nd detail of CAIPS SENT BY CIC,OTTAWA.
Hope,our trust in HIM nd struggle for two yrs would lead us to our destined point !!

There is a very strange and shocking discussion doing rounds in CANADIAN Political circles

they are discussing a possibility blanket return of files without visa to applicants who are in the back log,there by effectively finishing the backlog through the back door

How successful they will be I dont know

Is it legally Possible dont know

Will applicants like us with processing date or In process be effected if this rule is cleared ?

there are parliamentarians against this rule too but will there will prevail is not certain

having an anxious time
