Please check your status with old file number. don't worry it will take some time it also happened to me later on it was fixed
I think 8 months is the timeframe after u got that latter. I dont think they mean to work on that time line.PalNP said:Seniors, i got reply from NDVO and it includes these main things:
Reply from NDVO:
If your application is determined to be eligible for processing, processing will begin on a priority basis.
Applications in the Federal Skilled Worker category require an average of 8 months to process at this office.
What is Priority Basis, how will they decide on a so called Priority Basis?
They will be starting my files after 8 months or processing will be completed within that 8 months time-frame?
Thx

Hi - I am afraid your maths is a little out. True around 40 post-June-2010 applicants on this thread have full applications reached visa office, but our list represents only about 3 to 3.5% of the total applications received through CIO. Therefore, the number of post-June-2010 applications at CHC London is likely to be around 1200. So by the end of the fiscal year, including those still at CIO, we're probably looking at maximum 2000 post-June-2010 at CHC London for FSW1.ryan niazi said:London Vo is has a set target of 17500 visas for this year ,see the link http://www.lawpoint.ca/images/stories/visatargets2011.png
now my question is that how many post june applicants have submitted their full docs to london vo,I guess their number so far is less than 40 (who r members of this forum, actual number can be multiplied with say 5,which means that ALMOST 200 applicants have submitted their applications under new rules,of-course they will be issued visas on priority basis ,similarly may be they double/triple the current figures till the end of this year , so overall such applicants would figure around3000- 4000 at the max. now the visas available will surely be for rest of us 2nd priority should of course be given to list of 38 Noc ,so lots of visas r available dear ,
I hope that those applicants whose cases r moving ,getting 2nd AORs ,IN PROCESS,MR they will INSHAALLA get VISA THIS year.
this is my PURE GUESS,my guess moslty goes correct,
the real knowledge lies with GOD only.
