Thanks. I rechecked after few mins and the certificate is now available in the portal.@Sayantan86: I could not quote your post in this response.
I took Oath yesterday as well (SCR office) and I received an email this morning with instructions to download the e-cert. I was successful in downloading the electronic citizenship certificate.
Some had received this email even before the Oath ceremony. If you are in that boat, then you can try them out. I don't think there will be another email sent out.
Yes, pretty normal. Most officers do not explicitly say that you are approved, only a few say that.We just had our interview with the immigration officer. She was very nice and friendly, and the whole process took about 7 minutes for both myself and my wife (we were together).
She asked us basic questions like
“Do you travel?”, “Where do you work?”,
“Did you renew your expired passport?”,
and “Have you had any issues with the police or immigration?”.
She didn’t ask why we haven’t traveled since arriving in Canada and why we never renew our passports. At the end of the interview, she said, “We will review your applications, and if we have any questions, we will email you. Otherwise, within about a month, you’ll receive an invite for the oath.”
@maverick1982 @hssrp The officer didn’t explicitly say we were approved (and we didn’t ask), but I’ve read that others have received immediate approval during their interviews. Is this normal?

UpdatedHey @ hssrp and @maverick1982 I just noticed my VO in spreadsheet says Surrey but actually it is Vancouver. I might have forgotten to update. Can someone please update to avoid any confusion for those who are referring processing times?
They are pretty quick - You should hear something back soonScarborough office
I could not wait and just called to IRCC - asked if there is any update since interview , agent get back to me after few minutes said - "No update, office is still working on your file". Is agents also has two days delay as tracker or not?Yes, pretty normal. Most officers do not explicitly say that you are approved, only a few say that.
Check your tracker again in 2 business days and most likely your LPP will be marked as completed, if she was satisfied with whatever info she was looking for.
