NGF seems to have gone into hibernation. My wife did her test on Sep 9th. Updated to completed by the 13th. LPP still in progress. I don’t see any movement on anyone at NGF in the tracker after the 2nd week of September

Hi everyone, I called IRCC as I had GU on 14 September but no real update. It was replied by IRCC to be a request to another department for travel entry and exit records. Also language shows in progress but not started.
Is security same as prohibitions? Since agent mentioned “security , background and knowledge are done”

If anyone knows what time it may take for this other department to reply with dates. I have not traveled anywhere after becoming PR. Thank you

I received instructions via email to appear for interview on October 15th from SCR office.

"
INVITATION TO AN INTERVIEW WITH A CITIZENSHIP OFFICIAL
AND VERIFICATION OF IDENTITY/DOCUMENTS

To attend the citizenship interview in person, you will need:
• Two (2) pieces of photo identification (ID) with your signature on it, such as
o your permanent resident (PR) card (even if it’s expired) and
o a valid government issued photo ID.
• All your original documents that support your citizenship application (as listed in the document
checklist in the citizenship application form).
• Permanent resident card (if you have ever received one).
• All original passports and travel documents in your possession (current and expired).

N.B.: Passport(s) and travel document(s) stamps that are not in English or French must also be
translated.

You will be interviewed by a citizenship officer or agent to verify your identity and the originals of the
documents you provided at the time you applied. You will also be asked to answer any concerns we may
have about your application in order to help determine if you meet all the requirements for citizenship.
During the interview, your knowledge of English or French will be verified, if applicable.

"

Regarding above bolded text, I have some non-English/French stamps in my expired passport. Looks like I I have to get them translated.
Any suggestion where I do this in Toronto? Arabic to English is the required case for me.

Hi guys,

Tracker says that my oath is scheduled on October 7th. Updated today and dated Sept 26th. So it took exactly a week from completed LPP to oath invite from Montreal office. I haven't received the email yet though. Thanks for keeping the hopes up, @maverick1982 and @hssrp. All the best to everyone here!

Hi guys,

I have received my oath invite letter by email yesterday and oath instructions email today. Please update on the excel sheet. That completes the process for me. Thanks again for the help and insights. All the best to everyone!

Not as slow as Vancouver office. My AOR was June 21st, BG was marked complete on Aug 6th and citizenship test completed on Aug 28th. I've been waiting ever since and it's almost 6 weeks now, no activity.

Been waiting nearly 4 months with no updates from Vancouver/Sydney office. I think they have stopped processing applications at this point...
