Does anyone know why asking for fingerprints automatically means your application is going to be delayed?
It doesn't make sense. You get a request for fingerprints, they receive them, your background is complete and now the official timelines don't matter to you... Even though the part of the application that they needed fingerprints for has been completed. In this rule, the office could just decide that "Everyone in July" get's fingerprint request so they can not work on your application for months and not give any reasons, updates etc.

Only language skills got updated as completed on tracker after the interview which held on Sep25th. It is updated as per tracker on Sep 27 but i could only see it today. Background, prohibitions, physical presence still in progress. Just wondering why progibitions and physical presence still not completed??

My interview request came from SCR office. Citizenship test completed on Aug 12. After that I have been waiting for everything else to get completed.

Your Prohibitions is not completed because they are still waiting for the FP report to complete BG. Most officers do not complete Prohibitions until BG is completed. He probably will update PP once BG is marked as completed.

This email ID is shared between 2 offices - Prairies/NWT and MB/SK, predominantly used by MB/SK.
This office is generally slow with a few exceptions which were fast.

Tracker says that my oath is scheduled on October 7th. Updated today and dated Sept 26th. So it took exactly a week from completed LPP to oath invite from Montreal office. I haven't received the email yet though. Thanks for keeping the hopes up, @maverick1982 and @hssrp. All the best to everyone here!

Your processing office is Scarborough (which is one of the fastest office at the moment).
Regarding your fingerprints, did you get your fingerprints request from Vancouver or Sydney? If Vancouver, they take around 4-5 weeks from the time you gave the prints. If Sydney, they take about 2-3 weeks. Good luck with your application!
