Hi, it's hard to estimate, but mine took 20 days. What I do recommend is calling after 10 days have passed, since they responded to me the very next day after calling.

What did you exactly ask them over the call?

The P1 email was from Montreal. Initially when I checked my VO & SVO the agent told me it was Edmonton and Nova scotia
