I hope everyone is doing well. I got AOR on June 17 and UCI updated on July 26. But I have not received biometrics request letter yet. It's going to be 2 months next week. Should I wait little more or need to send webform? Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Is here anyone still waiting for biometrics request letter?

AOR: June 21

BIL and Med passed: July 30

Bio completed and updated: July 31
Background check started processing / medical went blank: July 31

Medical passed: Aug 13 (but I saw it updated today, Aug 12)

I called IRCC today. Was able to connect the call, however the agent said their application is down and cannot provide any information at that point of time. Suggested me to call back after sometime. I was thinking of checking the completed stages and the ones that are in-progress. Any pointers on the additional information to check with them?

I noticed that the medicals got updated as Passed with August 9, 2024( was blank till last weekend) today and the agent told me that the eligibility and Back ground are in progress.
