@AnonyKaty Thank you. To understand, lets say, if they schedule from 2pm to 4. I'll need to join the meeting at 12:05 to be in queue to verify my card. So the whole process will take approx. 4 hours?

Log in at the time of your oath. So if it starts at 2 PM, you log into Zoom at 2 PM. You would block 2 hours after the start time that they gave you to complete the oath ceremony. That will include them verifying your identity, taking your oath, and hearing about next steps.

AOR: 4th July
Background: 21st July
Test Invite: 31st Aug
Took test: 4th Sept
Test Completed: 26th Sept
GCMS notes received: 25th Oct
LPP: Oct 24th - Shows completed on 26th Oct.
E-certificate download instruction: 31st Oct.
Citizenship ceremony: In-progress and scheduled for 22nd Nov.

Yet to receive official invite with all info.

Couple of things I noticed,
- Tracker updates every morning
- They must be using Business tier of zoom with 300 participants
- They may be doing all scheduling and sending invite for Oath manually. Since they first put your name on the list (and you receive e-certificate download instruction).
- Then they create zoom meeting and link for each participants, and send to the candidate. Since they probably are using zoom meeting, it shouldn't be too manual.

I just saw a ghost update on a tracker . Everything was turned green on Oct 27.
In your case , whether the tracker was updated first or you received e certification download email first ?

Folks, I have my virtual oath scheduled for 14th Nov. I wanted to check do we need to prepare anything before the oath, I mean sign any document or keep anything handy apart from id's. Any points to keep a check of beforehand? Thanks

Tracker was updated first with LPP green and then I received instruction and next day ceremony was in progress.

Online application June 14, AOR : July 25 , Test completed : Sep 26, passport copy request : Oct 13 , LPP competed : Oct 27, ghost update : Nov 02.
I'm eagerly anticipating an email with download instructions tomorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed

Primary office Scarborough
Secondary office CPC Sydney.
LPP not started yet.

I applied through IRCC access to information. Still waiting.
