the paper may take that long..i shared my experience with how long it took me to get mine. Have you tried downloading yours?

Anywhere between 3 hours to 5 days. I got mine within 3 hours of submitting the paperwork but my son the following morning.

As an update, I received the e-cert this afternoon for myself but not for my son....waiting on that.

Vikram, we havent received any email instructions to download the certificate. Although thanks to this forum, i was able to register to the site. Did you receive one?, How soon did you recieve those email instructions?

Just completed the oath ceremony...maybe i shed a tear or two...I will never say (LOL). It was a surreal moment, watching the videos and seeing the many faces who are now Canadians...We took the oath. The process took 1 hours 45 minutes. i thought it was very efficient. The instructions after...

Update: I received the invitation for the oath ceremony today!! WHOOP WHOOP! #soexcited. Next Step: Taking the Oath...then Receiving Certificate.

The cost is $5 but so worth it. On the two occasions I requested the report i saw significant movement on my files.

Noticed you received your download instructions prior to the oath date. I keep looking for some communication regarding that and nothing. Its also interesting that i was scheduled for oath on Nov. 11 with the oath Dec. 6th. Not complaining because there are things i need to get completed prior
