Hi I have my application being processed at SCR office as well and no updates after BG and Test completed. Meanwhile Mississauga office applicants are getting oath invitations. I am happy for them.
But do we know if April/May applicants are getting Oath invites from Scarborough office. My friend was a Jan applicant and they had their Oath in first week of Sept. It would be good to know which Month is getting Oath so we know we are next maybe!
gathered from April thread..

1. AOR - May 15th, Test Completed - June 23, LPP - Aug 24, Oath - Sep 11
2. AOR - Apr 19th, Test Completed - June 12, LPP - Aug 11, Oath - Sep 12

Anyone had their virtual oath on 2023-SEP-20 with Edmonton office at 8:15 Alberta Time?

Gave IRCC Call Centre a call yesterday, and was told that the responsible office has not received my signed oath form, so I sent it again via email and webform again yesterday. As of today, still nothing.

As of now, I still cannot download my e-certificate ("Your e-Certificate is not available. Please try again 2-5 business days after you provided your signed Oath of Citizenship.").

Over the weekend there are less chances of it being available. If by Mon morning you don't see it, send the oath form again using another email id.

Question, I had my LPP completed on Sep19 (updated on tracker 21st) and today I have received a email from IRCC saying “please find the instructions to download your electronic candies. Citizenship certificate in attached document”. I don’t have an oath date yet why am I receiving this letter, does anyone have same experience that can share with me?
Thanks!

Hi folks, I’m looking for some assistance on the following matter. Thanks in advance!!

My official graduation date is October 16, 2018 and I applied for PGWP on October 17, 2018. Afterwards I started working full-time on October 26, 2018 while being on implied status (I.e., awaiting PGWP after applying). However my PGWP wasn’t issued until Dec 18, 2018.

Now my first question is that which dates would be considered for my WORKER STATUS, October 17, 2018 - XXXX or December 18, 2018 - XXXX??

Secondly, if it is December 18, 2018 - XXXX then do I still mention my employment from October 16, 2018 in the employment history section of application as I was on implied status I.e., awaiting for my PGWP after applying for it.

Please guide me about this as I am filling my application and don’t wanna do it wrongly.

Thanks again!!

Regards

Implied status means that you are still on the status of your previous temporary permit/visa until you get an official update on the new status. So if you were a student, it should be student. For example, if I am a worker and I renew my work permit, processing times are 3 months. My implied status is that of a worker.

And then, if this time frame is a part of your eligibility period, you should put your job.

But I'm not a lawyer. Another possibility for you is to get a consultation with an expert.

Thanks for your response.

Alright, but being an international student while on implied status I was working full time, whereas, international students are allowed to work part time only. So would this be an issue?

Use the dates on your student and work permit dates. The issue date and expiry date.

I was in similar situation. Do not over think it.

I completed my test on 30th August, but my tracker status still shows in progress. Not updated since 16th August. Scarborough office though!

I completed my test last September 3 and the duration of giving test was overdue already but it was not yet updated on my tracker. While other applicants only day or a week. Any applicants here in the same situation L
