True Vancouver office is slow, I recently saw job ad on job bank for CIC file officer to match candidates with eligibility criteria and it showed 50 job positions. Moreover a film worker from new Zealand got her application processed as she got CBC involved in her case. Her file was just stuck 2 months of reporting she got oath ceremony done. She was from Vancouver too.
I'm from Ottawa and there hasn't been any movement on my application either since I received AOR on September 16. I had sent paper applications (family of 3) on June 7 which were received by IRCC on June 10.

My wife and I got the AOR on Sep 15 2021. My background was marked as complete on Nov 5th whereas she received her FP request. She complete the FP on Dec 23 and the result were sent to RCMP the same day.
On Jan 17 2022, the citizenship test was marked as complete for both of us. As of today, her tracker shows that fingerprinting is still pending. I emailed RCMP 3 days ago - no response yet.
Does it normally take a more than a month for background to be marked complete after FP request?

Same for some paper applicants - I received AOR on September 16 and there hasn't been any movement at all on my file, not even a "ghost" update.
Same here! Hopefully there'll be some updates for us before the month ends. Good luck to us!
My friend has the exact timeline as me: AOR October 1, 2021 and test window : Dec, 31 to Jan, 20. He submitted his app Online and i did Paper ( Montreal Office). So it’s very random.

Yes, the whole process of FP result takes one month if you are lucky otherwise 2 months.

Based on trends those that didn’t get BC complete but citizenship test complete what can we expect?
My test was complete on Dec 23rd but BC check is still in progress.

stipulated above." What does this mean? There was no malpractice completed. Is there a way to convince the officer? Anybody with prior experience on this?
