Yes, the FP request came from IRCC Vancouver office
For our application IRCC processing center is Scarborough. I got this info from our GCMS notes
Glad at least you got clarity on your FP.
I believe because of the backlog it took 10 days for RCMP to send your results to IRCC..

Did you try calling IRCC to know have they received it and results are entered in their system ? And when it was entered , that may help to know the pattern vancouver and niagra falls is working.
I am too from NGF office and got FP from Vancouver office.
My fingerprints are still with RCMP. and it has been over 7 weeks.
The reply I got they still haven’t started processing it yet. And they are unable to give me any information about when would it be.

Did you try giving call IRCC and ask for status.
My timeline is almost similar to you where results were sent on same date mar 28 and today morning IRCC confirmed that results were entered in system today.
May be status is same for you too. You may check calling IRCC
I called IRCC but they said , we might have received it , but we cannot tell you until the officer update those results in your file . So he told me to wait until online tracker gets updated.

I just did a call to RCMP and agent was kind enough to share result briefly and said everything seem fine. So its a bit relaxing for me now.
