You had already advised them you are in Canada?I got a PPR this morning, and it says if I’m already in Canada I don’t need to send my passport and I should inform the VO about that via Webform. The first part of letter says “if there’s something.....plz contact Manila VO” but another part says “if there’s some mistakes.....plz contact Beijing VO”.
I got completely confused...which VO should I inform?
Since you're in Canada, you might try calling IRCC, maybe they can get it sorted.
If you have an email contact, personally I found response times far better than for webforms.
