Nothing so far.. Tried calling CIC Customer Care and the person suggested calling after a month or two. She said they might have temporary number by then, but no promises! Also mentioned doing March applications right now! Lets see

I sent a photocopy of the PCC and was reading on forum that we need to send original PCC along with application package. Will my application be rejected for failure to send original PCC or will they ask me upload PCC through web form?

Received Temporary File Number Yesterday by calling IRCC. They advised that temporary number is the same as permanent number with the addition of an X at the beginning. XF000 VS F000. The file number is only temporary because online access has not been given yet, once online access is given then you can use the same number beginning with only F.

She advised that online access should be available in 30-45 days for June applicants. Not sure if this is accurate.

This is a very comprehensive list. I am just curious. What did you show for National ID in the application? My wife is also In India and I will be sending documents soon for outland application. But I thought national ID does not apply for India.

omg I hope so... I have temporary number as well but, this is good news.

Thanks Canjeero. I have had Copy of Aadhar Card just incase and that work as a additional proof as my wife live in the same address with me. And yes you are right, India has no unified official National ID to use, not yet.
