Why do you have to call them back to back?What question did you ask them last Friday I called the agent told me eligibility was in progress but today the agent told me eligibility hasn’t started yet?

I never had to do biometrics, so I’ll now have to wait for that call from Service Canada

I have exactly same timeline as you!Does anyone know how to tell what stage of the completeness check your application is in? I’m eager to rule out rejection due to incomplete application.

Biometrics Instruction Letter: August 15th
Status
Review of eligibility: we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results: August 15, 2020 You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents: we do not need additional documents.
Interview: you do not need an interview.
Biometrics: we have not received your finger prints.
Background check: we are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Other notes:
Temporary UCI changed to permanent UCI (can’t remember which date)
Progress bar at 54% (though I understand this is not based on estimates)

If you passed your medical and received BIL that means you have passed your R10 (completeness check).
Eligibility comes next!

I called IRCC a couple of days back and the agent mentioned Criminality in-progress and the rest not started.
Also, the R10 completeness check happens before MEP and BIL, so, I guess you should be good with R10.

Hi Dactoan,I just finished a call with IRCC agent, she was very nice to talk and look deeply into my application.

Also, she asked my BIO and checked that I exempt from it because my BIO is still valid (gave it when I came to Canada to study)
