I did submit more documents via web forum and the review was for that reason. However, as per the GCMS files, the last time that they check my application was 28 September 2020. So that will make it 4 months of no progress till this moment.
You can call the agent to ask if they already received and updated the additional documents you submitted

Hey guys,
I need some urgent advice. So I had applied for restoration of status while my PR is in progress and today my restoration is refused. All stages are passed in my PR, but I’m scared if the restoration refusal will impact my PR final decision. I am reapplying under the new PGWP policy tomorrow to have some implied status.
Please help!!

Section R182 only applies if the temporary resident

  • has not been out of status for more than 90 consecutive days
  • has not failed to comply with conditions other than paragraph R185(a), any of subparagraphs R185(b)(i) to (iii) or paragraph R185(c)
  • is not subject of a declaration under subsection A22.1(1)

Did you meet the above before applying for restoration, and are you restoring back to PGWP?

Thank you for the response, yes I complied with the above.
I tried restoring back to Open Work Permit yes and maybe that’s why my case was refused?
What would be my next best steps? And do you think it will impact my PR decision?
Thanks a lot in advance

It should not, if you were within the 90 days window, and now if you get a decision on PGWP under the new public policy, you should be fine, or else you will have to leave Canada is you have lost all status.

Your PR application will continue to in progress, as long as you do not overstay.

Hi sorry I have one more question,
Can I receive my COPR (as all my stages are passed) while I am on applied status? Or would I have to wait until the decision comes in?

AOR June 4th
Med Passed July 22nd
Biometric Oct 19th
VO: Ottawa
Eligibility: Passed
Security: Passed
Criminality: In Progress

I called CIC today. The agent said that only criminality is in progress. Is it common? I thought Criminality should be analyzed before security check. Is there anyone in same situation?

Thanks.
It's common, I've been stuck at Criminality for more than 2 months and the agent said this is the last step to process.

Congrats bud! which office was your file processed in? Also, how long did it take for Security and Criminality after your eligibility being approved?
My Details:
AOR: 30 June 2020
Biometrics Given: 28 October 2020

Called IRCC on 14 December. Eligibility pass, Criminality in progress, Security Pending.
Hi Erin, are these the only statuses you got during processing? Thanks

hey Guys!

Does anyone know how many months or days it is taking for the COPR for FSW outland?
Also, how does one know which visa office my application is assigned to?

My AOR is June 2, Med passed Aug 7 and Biometrics SEPT 1st. No update whatsoever after that .

Usually it took 6 months pre-COVID, wait and you’ll be granted very soon!

Thank you! I know about the 6 months but I wanted to know how much it is actually taking now. I saw on immitracker people from May are getting but at the same time a lot of people even after 315 days haven't gotten it. I am really concerned as my visa is expiring soon of the country I live in currently.

It’s uncommon now to receive PPR, very very few Outland people get them, don’t rely on that. Think how to extend your current visa where you’re currently in,
