*JUNE 2019* INLAND Spousal Sponsorship

As I can see your OWP is linked which means it's under processing like spousal application and OWP by default means OWP+extend to stay. Your spouse under implied status until the approval. I don't understand y they taking so much time for this.
We go thru my application step by step in giving name, I was just putting in my first name but the guy said I have to add my middle name as well an it work
Does anyone know if any medical requests have been sent for June applications? Received my OWP last week in mail.
What day did you receive AOR?

Hi! I received my AOR on Aug 8th 2019. I think they have just started processing May applications
hello friends,
I am a June 2019 Inland applicant. I sponsored my wife who was here on a visitor visa, we received AOR on 1st Aug and OWP today. I have below questoins,
- what is the usual length of OWP? is it for a year or two?
- Can we plan a short trip to India now, given that she has her work permit allowing her to re-enter Canada.
(observation in OWP states that FC (Family Class) application is under process)
- Her entry as a visior was on Feb 27th - Aug 20th would have been 180th day on her visitor stay - however AOR was received on 1st Aug - putting her on Implied status - hence we did not do any visitor extension.
- Is it advisable to leave Canada while Spousal PR file is under process? Do we have to inform CIC or send them info on this trip (entry & exit date etc)? - do they question on implied status etc?
- Can we now go to Service Ontario and get a SIN number - now that work permit has arrived?

-From what I heard, before the OWP's were for 1 year, but recently applicants have been getting 2years.
-In my case my OWP states that re-entry is not authorized by the permit itself, you should call them and ask.
-Apparently it is somewhat risky to leave while this whole process is underway. It is up to the border officer whether he lets your spouse back into the country or not.
-If you received the physical copy of your OWP in the mail, you may take that to Service Ontario and get a SIN number! (Make sure you go super early to avoid long line-ups!)

They says 4month is not a DEAD LINE.
Its something like average time.
It will be longer or not.
So I can just wait and They can’t do anything.

They say “no guarantee.”
Wtf.. I want to work seriously.
