Did you know how much time take for background check ? its almost 3 months the status is same " we checking your background we will send a massage if we need more information"

I checked online last night. Something weird happened, my application got cancelled.

The screen shows: If you see that your application was cancelled, it means that before we made a final decision, we:

• made a mistake and had to recreate your application
• found that you do not need the status/document you applied for.

Does anyone know anything about it?

My application so far was:
IMM received our application on 14th June 2018
Received PCC requested on 27th July 2018
Received AOR1 on 30th July 2018

What actually the procedure of the application should be?

Just copy and paste what the message says and delete any names, addresses, UCI, etc, anything that could potentially identify you or your partner

I got it too, June 11th applicant, only got SA, didn't get AOR2 yet

Before i received an email on the 4th of August tht my file has been transferred to my VO and i again received an update on my ECAS that my VO has started processing my application on August 9th
