It's possible. There have been trends from Ottawa in the past.
batches... yet not bacthes... there is threshold value... which is determined by IRCC every week

Hi,

I am currently residing in USA and my home country is India. Based on first information letter from CIC, I sent my passport to Ottawa immigration office via courier service to get stamp. 3 weeks later I got one more information letter stating to submit my passport to India office. But my passport is currently with Ottawa office.

I raised webform and got reply that my application is currently with Delhi. Please suggest me to get my passport back or get stamp.

If you're based in USA you need to send passport to Ottawa. Ignore the second letter.

Is anyone waiting for PPR in manitoba (MPNP),i got AOR -13 june 2018 ,medical passed on. 6 may 2019,They asked me documents last week too,I submitted last friday .Its already 18 months done.

Dear All,
Does it make any difference to contact the province that has given you a nomination if the Visa office delays the PPR. I am waiting for 18 months now and have a provincial nomination from Ontario. If any of you have any idea on this please guide. Also where must I contact them just in case.

@cansha @Prashant @Mr_nobody @sid1987 or any other wise people from this group.

Hi.. honestly I have never seen such a case where people reached out to the state that gave them PNP. So I don't even know if that's possible.

Even if it was possible I highly doubt that would move the needle with your application processing. Unfortunately nothing seems to poke these guys out of their slumber to start processing old applications. @sid1987 did mention that they may be coming up a process to prioritise old applications but I don't think that has happened.

I would say keep sending them webform queries once in a while and hope that some good soul actually notices how delayed your application has been and decides to do something about it.
