Dear All,
Does it make any difference to contact the province that has given you a nomination if the Visa office delays the PPR. I am waiting for 18 months now and have a provincial nomination from Ontario. If any of you have any idea on this please guide. Also where must I contact them just in case.

@cansha @Prashant @Mr_nobody @sid1987 or any other wise people from this group.
Giving it a try would not hurt. However, we have enough cases where it hasn't moved a leaf.

Hi guys
I need help my status says 100% complete. I have the statement says " your application is taking longer time than usual," then has the statement About 20% of our applications are more complex to process. They take us longer due to things like how easily we can verify information, how well and how quickly you answer our requests and whether the application is complete.

If you aren't seeing updates, contact us using this Web form. Make sure you read your messages and take action when we ask you to.

Is this normal?? What stage am I in? Please help me

I think you're in wrong thread. If your AOR was anywhere close to June 2018 this message would have been in your account for about a year now.

Anyways, perfectly normal. For what stage is your application order GCMS notes.

We have almost identical timelines...what a coincidence. You mentioned about withdrawing the applications and the funds.....I can understand withdrawing of application but do they refund the money....I am not aware of this?

Others can you pls comment on the refund....Cause I agree substantial money has been paid for the application.

Dear All
After 18+ months of waiting after AOR. For the first time( after multiple mails and a few stinkers) I got an email from NDVO saying my file under review of an officer, I don't need to do any thing and they will contact me once the process is complete. Is there something to this or is it just another standard mail.

The complete reply....
Dear Sir/Madam,

This refers to your recent email inquiry received at the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

Please be advised your file is pending officer’s review. At present no action is required on your part.

Once the review is complete, our office will contact you with further instructions.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

They only refund the RPRF fee. Not the application fee.

They refund the RPRF. But, Frankly I would suggest, you don't withdraw. Consider it as money given to friend at 0 interest.

They will refund the RPRF even if your file is rejected.
