As per the request for change of PPR, I got a reply from Ottawa today but NDVO hasn't responded yet. It was actually an agent that answered my CSE that asked me to email Ottawa. What do you guys think?

Well I haven’t received anything from any office yet for vfs change request. But this isn’t good at all. Did u tried raising queries through webfrom for this issue?

I haven't got my GCMS notes. Order date 28.11.18.

Alth6I received a reply from ATIP, that I will be getting them soon. They have put it on Priority list.
 
For those who requested for Visa office change; I got an instruction letter for passport submission in my account this morning. I applied for a change from NDVO to ACVO on the 9th of January 2019. I Just want to use this opportunity to again express my gratitude to everyone here, you all have been God sent. I pray everyone waiting gets their PPR soon as I know it's not an easy wait. In my express entry they are saying "application is taking longer than usual time to process". what does that means? and how long does it takes? 6 months already complete now they put me under 20% cases..
any Idea please reply..

Once anyone crosses the 6 months timeline, that's what the profile starts showing. It's normal.
 
I did in November and they said they would send a note to the Sydney, NS office.
I plan to call them again on Wednesday.

I feel very frustrated as they have twice confirmed that it's approved and in queue and here I am just waiting and no one is replying to my CSEs or emails.
Mac, email NDVO again and Ottawa and your local visa office (if you know).
Also when you call, ask about your secondary offices so you know who to write to.
