you should call them directly and request them to send a note to VO. i think they are not doing it. or if they are doing it then the VO probably got more things to do despite approving.I wrote them in Nov, December and January. Also wrote NDVO in Jan.
Ah ok. On another note, from your July notes, you must had already known the next due date is April 2019. You should only order new notes sometime after that, so that the next stage kicks in and sets new timeline. We are lucky enough if they don't delay the due date, we can't expect them to expedite it.I received both when I had ordered it in July
The due date of Apr 2019 is because my medicals have to be renewed by then...Ah ok. On another note, from your July notes, you must had already known the next due date is April 2019. what is CBSA and CSIS notes? I received my GSMS notes. Not too much information I can obtain from there. the only thing that its already 7 months passed and background still hasn't started yet as eligibility requirements need review (work experience and travel to be reviewed)I ordered gcms notes on 26 Nov still haven’t received it.
I ordered CBSA and CSIS notes on the same date, I received those end of Dec and second week of Jan

I received exactly the same response from ottawa. Still waiting for the ndvo response about the change of officeAs per the request for change of PPR, I got a reply from Ottawa today but NDVO hasn't responded yet. It was actually an agent that answered my CSE that asked me to email Ottawa. What do you guys think?
"Good day,
Thank you for your e-mail.
Please note that your application has not been processed at our office. I would recommend that you submit your inquiry via the IRCC web form: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
Regards,"
Contemplates leaving the forum forever after reading thisHey C,
Maybe I can be your Valentine and take away the stress of waiting?
I did in November and they said they would send a note to the Sydney, NS office.you should call them directly and request them to send a note to VO. i think they are not doing it. or if they are doing it then the VO probably got more things to do despite approving.
Now it makes sense. Your file is in Sydney like mine. It's perhaps the worst performing VO in Canada. This is where paper application gets processed as well where they send PPR two months after making decision.I did in November and they said they would send a note to the Sydney, NS office.
I plan to call them again on Wednesday.
I feel very frustrated as they have twice confirmed that it's approved and in queue and here I am just waiting and no one is replying to my CSEs or emails.
one thing i have realised after living Indian, US, canada.. govt [process in all places suckThanks bud!
Patience is our best bet now, we are juat trying to buzz them at regular intervals, just so they know we aren't dead.
I haven't been to a single country where it didn't.one thing i have realised after living Indian, US, canada.. govt [process in all places suck
It seems that our cases are following the same pattern, please keep me informed of your progressI received exactly the same response from ottawa. Still waiting for the ndvo response about the change of office
