Finally got passport request.

AOR 24 th April 2018
CEC inland applicant with one dependent.
Office Ottawa

Have been in review required state till 14th December, then I sent email to cpc ottawa enquiring why nobody has looked in to my application since it is in review required state from May 2018, immediately they started working on it and sent me additional document request, I submitted documents and got ppr today.

Thank you and good luck all
Congrats buddy

It was for my work experience - to validate the full time employment and job responsibilities during the period
You didn't provide with a reference letter at the time of submission or was there any issue with the submitted one?

BTW, congrats :)

I provided reference letter but job responsibilities were not mentioned in it. So i. Explained CIC with work permit extension documents from my employer which contains my job responsibilities

@Nishika22 @SACHINARDE I guess the blue color is the default color for added inline text when you forward using outlook. Meaning, whatever you see in blue might be the only statement customized from the template.

Now it may not be customised for all, however it was when first sent.
Makes sense. The font in blue is likely to be from an addition to an existing template. Let's see how soon the addition to the template becomes the norm, as @tobs rightly pointed out would be the case!

@SACHINARDE : I got two replies as well. One to a CSE raised on 21th Dec, just before my 6 months completed on 24th Dec.

The second one to the request raised on email on 19th Dec. Basically saying the same thing but in different words.

From the looks of it, our eligibility is in queue for review by a senior office - and my best guess is that our lady has gone on maternity leave without a replacement - that's why the application will be outside the 6 month posted processing time :P

This is what worries me. They just neglect unless being poked. I am CEC inland as well. Even worse, there's no benefit raising cse.

You have a very famous surname. Did you happen to know Jamnalal Bajaj ?

@YouthTree he's also a CEC inland applicant with review required. Did you submit job duties as well that was commensurate with the NOC you used?

I just received a 4th PPR letter in my CIC account. From Accra Immigration this time.
I overdid it by emailing everyone (covers eyes in shame...lol)

Its surprising that this very important last step is not very well coordinated and centrally managed! I am also bracing myself for more PPRs :P

Please if you are emailing for passport submission location change, you ONLY need to email NDVO. They'll definitely act on it. Please don't be like me emailing all the visa offices and raising a CSE too.
It's now weird and I'm wondering if all these issuing and re-issuing PPRs will now delay my visa and COPR because the visa office may be confused. Please learn from me...:)
