I just received the same response that you did from Sophie, as a reply to my Web formthey are clearly not in sync with the actual status of the application.
Can you post what she replied you here??
What tells you he is not a bad boy now? I see a lot of bad boy is still in him

Yesterday morning (5:58am Sydney, NS time) and they replied in about 16 hours (9:54 pm Sydney, NS time).
It was in my spam, so i didn't see it till today. Check your spam.
