yup and hopefully sail through not being alone...
that is painful... But there is no other way so just stick by it for some time. Am sure something would happen.Not sure about the Budge part but these buggers would certainly get bugged.
Last time I called an agent they said if nothing happens by 27th April then we will do something and look into the case why it is stuck.
Oh maybe it is because of your visa refusal! Which country did you say you had visa refusal? Did your wife also had visa refusal? Maybe they are sharing your info with that country and hence "info sharing in progress". They are inquiring about your visa refusal. They redacted the info that the other country has provided so far based on section 13 that you mentioned.

I still highly recommend you to change your ticket if you can. If not, make sure that you don't have any food that may need speculation in the airport, so they don't check your luggage for food (They usually don't check, but you may end up in one of the few lucky ones!)
Also I can't remember if they check your luggage for security when you want to go for your next flight, but usually YYZ has some separate lines for people who are short on time so they don't stay in line for too long. At the customs also, there are some big lines, try to tell them. Maybe they have a separate line for these cases as well.
Lastly, consider that you have to wait (like 20-30 min) to get your luggage and you need to wait again in another line to hand in your luggage for Ottawa.

Dear Ami - I spoke to IRCC regarding your application received June 21, 2018. It is at the Case Processing Centre in Ottawa.
Standard processing time is 6 months. This means 80% of routine applications are completed within that time frame, while 20% take longer.
Eligibility requires review.
Criminality and security checks have not yet been initiated. They cannot be expedited and timelines are not available.
Medicals will be requested at a later date.
My gcms on 9th Jan shows same status..thereafter i raised cse and submitted pof loe along with current bank statement ( for which there is rr)
Any suggestions if i can so something from my side?

United States. Yes my wife also had a refusal but at a different time (Her info sharing is complete though) She has never traveled abroad hence the NRT on her part of the notes, I have. US, Spain, France, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Egypt. Maybe one of them is taking their time...
