The settlement question is routine. You can legitimately settle in one province and get a job offer in another the following week...So what if you leave? You simply cancel the card and apply for another in the province you are heading to.
Until 20th Jan my Review of additional documents was We do not need additional documents. Then got ADR on 21st Jan, submitted the document on 23rd Jan. Now it shows Review of additional documents: Not applicable. What does it mean?

As I have seen jobs in Montreal in job websites in the above mentioned domain, this is a bit advance stage query: After a FSW-O candidate lands and obtains PR card few days later, post this, after how many days can a person move to Montreal (Quebec) from any other place in a different province?

Montreal is pain.... to move bec quebec has its own rules.. i have seen lot of people travelly from nearby ontario places to montreal to work
