I submitted my package on May 29th .. they won't accept it till June 1st anyways, so my application acceptance will fall in the month of June.

Just a few pages dedicated to describing the evolution of the relationship, especially since our relationship involved some long distance, moving between and within countries, so didn't have the most straight-forward timeline. None of the other questions really allows you to give a start-finish explanation.
No, use a separate piece of paper, as stated in the complete guide (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5289ETOC.asp): "If you need more space for any section, use a separate sheet of paper. Make sure you label this sheet with your name and the question you are answering."
I sent normal print outs, about the size of a post card. Much more important than the format is that they were "taken at different times and places" and "demonstrate that you are in a conjugal relationship" (quotes from the common-law sponsorship checklist IMM 5589).
I read that it takes a couple of weeks to get the AOR letter although I'm not too sure myself.
