my wife is sponsering me from canada and iam living in the netherlands. our ap was received june 21, and so far my meds ar passed en background check are in progres.

No my friend, nothing. I don't know how long we will be able to wait like this, with no news at all. This is not fair to all the loving couples who want to start a family. Our lives are on hold just because a VO have a quota on the number of visas to be issued. During the first months of this year Rome gave visas and it was a quick process for some I know.

Hi,

Even though my application was mailed and received June 30, they didn't start processing until
July 19....but didn't see a July forum!

I'm applying thru Mexico visa office. We''re on the second stage. AOR1 has been approved.
Now we wait for ARC, and the rest that follows!

Hey June applicants! I'm a Sept applicant and am digging for some timing from former spreadsheets on time from SA to decision made.

Can I ask if your spreadsheet from June is up to date? And can someone with the link to the sheet in their signature respond to this?

Congratulations to all the applicants who got the decision made. We also have a good news. My wife just received her passport with the permanent residence visa. Her visa office was cpc-ottawa. She will come to Canada in one and a half months ( as she is currently studying).

We also applied for a TRV On august'2016 because my wife wanted to visit me during her summer break. But, the VO didn't process the application until her PR is approved. Now, she got an update from that TRV application saying that they require her passport to finish the process. We sent a case specific inquiry saying that her passport was at cpc-ottawa( at that time it was) and we couldn't send the passport now. We also asked them for advice whether it would be necessary to send the passport once she gets her PR visa. But ,no reply came yet from the VO.

We are a little confused about what to do. From where we stand at the moment, if she doesn't send the passport, the TRV application would be rejected . We are just wondering whether it would have any impact on her PR application as well. What would be the best thing to do? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

It's in my signature. I wanna say it's more or less up to date. The majority of Ottawa got DM within last month.
