I updated your info, seems to be working fine on my computer. And congrats! Your file seems to be processed quite quickly.

It took 74 days for our file to complete after RPRF request (Ottawa). I have read it can add an additional 2 - 4 months to an application.

Thank u for the information, do u receive any conformation msg after payment after payment of RPRF........i've paid a month ago bt i haven't got any msg from VO

No my friend, nothing. I don't know how long we will be able to wait like this, with no news at all. This is not fair to all the loving couples who want to start a family. Our lives are on hold just because a VO have a quota on the number of visas to be issued. During the first months of this year Rome gave visas and it was a quick process for some I know.

Hi Is that for real that VO has quota for giving visa... I don't think that is fair

my husband got the PPR request on October 12th, BUT they just started the background check today (October 27th)
what the actual F***???

quick question, my vo should be vienna sinds my wife is sponsering my from canada and iam living in the netherlands.

but on the sa that my wife got says: your ap is forward to CPC-OTTAWA!! does anybody know why this?

You probably have a straightforward case and got transferred to the VO that rarely, if ever, schedules interviews. Consider this a blessing.

Something similar here, my wife got the PPR today but we also received an "additional documents- proof of relationship" request on the 16th of October. Confused now, whether to send documents requested on the 16th. Anybody got any advice?

Almost 3 weeks ago, my husband got the passport request with 2 pics
2 weeks ago, background check is IN PROGRESS
A few days ago on ECAS - Decision Made for PA
and today on MyCIC - Passed, Passed & Approved *woot woot*
Today another email from embassy that the Passport will be ready in 5 days......5 days???
what a long process just to get that damn piece of paper
